We are looking for a Growth Executive to drive our expansion in North America. This role demands a hunter mindset and strategic vision, focusing on business development. The successful candidate will also collaborate with existing technology partners (e.g., Atlassian, AWS, GCP, Postman) and assess new alliances (e.g., GitHub/Microsoft) to accelerate our growth.
This is a unique opportunity for a self-starter with strong experience in GTM execution, partnership management, and complex solution selling to build a new book of business from the ground up while shaping e-Core’s go-to-market ecosystem.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as a hunter and strategic account executive, developing a self-generated pipeline and building your book of business.
  • Identify and close new business opportunities across enterprise accounts, targeting digital transformation, application modernization, service management, AI/ML/GenAI services, and cloud migrations.
  • Cultivate and strengthen strategic collaborations with essential partners such as Atlassian, AWS, GCP, and Postman. Regularly evaluate prospects for expanding and refining the partner ecosystem through the establishment of new alliances (e.g., Microsoft/GitHub) or the enhancement of existing ones.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Solution Architecture, and Delivery to craft tailored value propositions for strategic opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain strong executive relationships with key partners and client stakeholders to maximize joint business outcomes.
  • Contribute to the definition of KPIs and reporting frameworks to measure traction, pipeline conversion, and partnership impact.
