We're a seed-stage team backed by Human Capital (SpaceX, Snowflake, Anduril) building a platform that helps enterprises build and deploy agents with the right permissions, guardrails, and activity logging to actually ship within companies. Early customers are already automating several hours of their workday. We're hiring people who want to build, not manage. If you want to work on hard problems with a small team that ships, this is the place. The Role As our Growth Generalist, you'll be the first dedicated growth hire at the company. You'll become one of the most knowledgeable users of our platform, and that expertise will power everything you do, from the content you create to the conversations you have with prospects and customers. You will: Become a power user of the platform. Build agents, write prompts, and develop workflows that you use in demos, customer onboarding, and as proof points in your content Create content that shows people how to get value from agents: tutorials, Loom walkthroughs, how-to guides, and product demos Build and run outbound campaigns end-to-end: prospecting, sequencing, copy, iteration Work directly with customers: onboarding, gathering feedback, and surfacing patterns that shape the product roadmap Seed an early community of builders and power users through Slack, events, or partnerships Help shape our positioning, messaging, and GTM motion alongside the founders This role is in-office, 5 days/week, based in San Francisco.
