Responsibilities

As a core member of our GTM team, you’ll take full ownership of one of Secfix’s most powerful growth levers: demand generation. You’ll have the autonomy to experiment, iterate, and execute – backed by proven playbooks, a strong support system, and a high-trust environment. Your work will have direct impact from day one.

You will:

  • Own the full lead generation cycle – from identifying target accounts to qualifying and nurturing high-potential opportunities
  • Use tools like Sales Navigator, Clay, and HubSpot to streamline your workflow and build a high-converting pipeline
  • Book and prep discovery meetings that set the stage for smooth, high-quality handoffs to sales
  • Design, test, and optimize outbound campaigns, using data to continuously improve performance
  • Deliver key insights and metrics directly to the CEO, influencing top-level strategic decisions
  • Define, implement, and refine GTM processes and automations to build a scalable, high-performing function
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to translate market learnings into product and GTM enhancements
  • Help architect the GTM engine – building the strategy, systems, and playbooks that will scale with our growth
