Description

This role is pivotal in owning our entire organic social media process. You will be responsible for developing and executing innovative social media strategies, managing a comprehensive content calendar, and overseeing our brand presence across multiple platforms and location-specific pages. The ideal candidate is a specialist in current and emerging social media platforms and a highly savvy AI user, adept at using artificial intelligence to enhance content creation, analyze performance, and accelerate all aspects of social media management.
*Note that this role requires to be on-site at our Phoenix Corporate Office.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Organic Social Media Strategy: Design and implement a comprehensive organic social media strategy aligned with brand objectives, target audience, and market trends. This includes platform-specific strategies for channels such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X (formerly Twitter), LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
  • Content Calendar Management: Create, manage, and meticulously maintain a detailed content calendar for all social media channels, ensuring a consistent and engaging flow of content that aligns with marketing campaigns, company announcements, and cultural moments. Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, content creators, design) to ensure timely asset delivery.
  • Multi-Location Page Management: Oversee and manage social media presence for multiple location-specific pages, tailoring content and engagement strategies to resonate with local audiences while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Content Creation & Curation (AI-Enhanced): Develop compelling, high-quality, and platform-native content (text, images, short-form video, stories, etc.). Leverage AI tools for content ideation, generation, optimization (e.g., headline suggestions, copy improvements, image enhancement), and repurposing across platforms.
  • Community Engagement & Management: Monitor all social media channels for mentions, comments, and messages. Engage with our community in a timely, authentic, and on-brand voice. Foster a positive and interactive online environment, manage online reputation, and identify opportunities for user-generated content.
  • AI-Powered Social Media Management: Proactively identify, evaluate, and implement cutting-edge AI tools and technologies to enhance all aspects of social media management. This includes using AI for:
  • Content Creation: Generating draft posts, creating visuals, scriptwriting for videos.
  • Analytics & Insights: Advanced sentiment analysis, trend prediction, audience behavior analysis, competitive intelligence.
  • Automation & Efficiency: Scheduling posts, automating responses (where appropriate), streamlining workflows, identifying optimal posting times.
  • Performance Optimization: A/B testing content variations, optimizing for platform algorithms.
  • Performance Analysis & Reporting: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for organic social media efforts. Utilize platform analytics and AI-powered analytics tools to track, measure, and report on the performance of social media campaigns and content. Provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Trend Monitoring & Platform Specialization: Stay relentlessly up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, emerging platforms, new features, and best practices. Develop a deep specialization in the nuances of each core social media platform.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the broader marketing team to ensure social media strategies are integrated with overall marketing goals and campaigns. Liaise with customer service and sales teams as needed.
