ABOUT JOB As a Growth Intern, you will support the Growth team in executing and optimizing digital marketing initiatives. SKILLS & QUALIFICATION * Final-year student or fresh graduate from any relevant field * Basic understanding of digital marketing (performance marketing, SEO, CRM) * Familiar with tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, or CRM platforms is a plus * Comfortable working with data, Excel/Google Sheets, and basic reporting * Fast learner, proactive, and detail-oriented * Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset * Passionate about digital marketing and growth RESPONSIBILITIES * Assisting in the planning, execution, and monitoring of performance marketing campaigns (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads) * Supporting CRM campaign setup and monitoring user journeys * Contributing to SEO initiatives and helping optimize user funnels * Preparing weekly and monthly reports to track marketing performance * Collaborating with team members on daily (BAU) growth operations * Assisting in growth experiments and identifying opportunities for operational improvements
