We are prayerfully seeking a Growth Lead who is not only gifted in client acquisition and go-to-market execution but also grounded in biblical values and a deep sense of ownership. You’re not just a strategist—you’re a closer and a builder. Once you understand the vision, you know how to reach customers, book demos, and convert them into committed clients.
This role begins as a part-time, individual contributor (25 hours/week) and is expected to become a full-time leadership position before the end of 2025. It is an equity-based role with performance-driven bonuses tied directly to paid customer signups.
