Job Description

  • Driving force behind identification and coordination of regional and local growth opportunities within and across categories (e.g., Dog or Cat).
  • Guides and collaborates Category Manager(s) on strategic priorities across the dimensions Customers, Competitors, and Channels, and acts as a bridge between central functional teams and local sales teams.
  • Plays a crucial role in drafting strategic plans and supporting category decisions with sufficient market and category intelligence, and successfully steers them to execution with collaborating teams, to realize untapped profitable growth (Net Sales and CM1).

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Relevant experience in a similar FMCG / e-Commerce environment, ideally within pet sector
  • Strong commercial and technical skills, with deep understanding of the different core business functions and how they work together
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills with the proven ability to influence at all business levels
  • Ability to understand customer needs and market requirements as well as intuitive feeling for brands and trends
  • Fluent English mandatory. Additionally, fluency in Polish/Czech/Romanian/Hungarian/Swedish is an asset.
  • Hard working, with a hands-on, results-focused approach
  • High analytical and numerical competency
