Responsibilities

This role is an important role in the new business team focusing on supporting the Growth Directors and and Head of Growth in driving revenue, pipeline management and the end to end pitch process for Influencer opportunities. You will:

  • Manage end to end pitch process for new opportunities, focused on Influencer Marketing, but also including wider services such as Paid Media, Programmatic, DOOH and Search.
  • Responsible for ownership of own Pipeline, forecast accuracy across Pipeline, reducing forecast volatility through accurate reporting of close & completion dates, net revenue & third party costs
  • Responsible for meeting commercial targets and following scopes

    • Ensuring they adhere to internal guidelines
  • Collaborating with commercial and Client Service team to define accurate SOWs, ensuring all deliverables are profitable and achievable
  • Support Growth Director or Head of Growth with end-to-end pitch process, supporting across a number of elements including:


    • Deep review of Briefs to qualify the opportunity and understand if Brainlabs is the right fit

    • Strategic dissection of Briefs to understand the client needs, beyond what is asked, and understand how Brainlabs can find a unique solution
    • Identify and flag and potential challenges within the brief, from a delivery perspective but also commercially or legally
    • Responding to RFI’s where needed
    • Creation of internal kick-off deck
    • Review of Proposal elements to ensure a red thread/clear narrative that will enable Brainlabs to win
    • Post-Pitch review and next steps
    • Managing Handover process
    • For smaller, tactical wins (up to £500,000 gross) may be responsible for owning Pitch Process, with the support of Growth Director for all reviews and final sign off. Leading on Strategy and Creative, finding the insights, creating the narrative, defining the strategy and creative, and creating the full response for brief. Commercials to be created and approved. This is where the end-to-end process is led by Growth with some support from wider Client Service teams, but not Creative Strategy support.
    • Actively identify new opportunities through deep knowledge of the market and keeping finger on the pulse of market changes
    • Actively identify and lead opportunities internally through building strong relationships with CP’s and being an overall champion for Influencer within the business
    • Drive team morale, motivating and inspiring everyone to be their best, actively mentoring others, helping to grow capability and knowledge, while learning and developing themselves
    • Assisting in development and implementation of internal processes and guidelines to enable Growth to be set up for success. (Pitch Planner Process, G4G process, improvement of internal Briefing Processes, Commercial developments, etc)
