We are seeking a motivated Growth Manager to lead our Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) market expansion efforts in Malaysia. This role will focus on developing and executing our e-commerce strategy through platforms like Lazada, managing paid media, and driving performance marketing initiatives to achieve our revenue growth goals. What You'll Be Doing Develop and implement comprehensive D2C growth strategies for the Malaysian market on Lazada. Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across various platforms to maximize performance and ROI. Analyze key performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly to meet revenue targets. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings and customer experiences. Monitor market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions. Create and manage budgets for growth initiatives, ensuring effective allocation of resources. Communicate strategies and reports to stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Who we’re looking for Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Extensive experience in e-commerce growth or digital marketing, preferably in the D2C space. Strong background in performance marketing, including PPC, social media advertising, and SEO. Proven track record of driving revenue growth in a competitive market. Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Strong written and verbal communication skills in Chinese and English.
