This position can be hybrid at one of our offices (Raleigh, NC or Costa Mesa, CA) or fully remote.

KNOWLEDGE AND CRITICAL SKILLS/EXPERTISE

  • You have knowledge and experience across paid search and social platforms including but not limited to Google, Meta, Microsoft and LinkedIn. Reddit, Pinterest and Feed Management is a plus.
  • You have a base knowledge and experience around additional services such as Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), & Performance Creative.
  • You have great soft skills - you’re fun, likable, and very detail-oriented. You are extremely comfortable leading conversations with clients and work very well with others across multiple services as a close team. One team, one dream.
  • Did I mention detail oriented? This position requires excellent project management skills and a strong attention to detail. You’ll be working on multiple accounts and ultimately accountable for hitting their business goals and overall growth.
  • You choose to play offense and have experience proactively growing client accounts through strategic conversations and upselling and cross-selling of relevant services.
  • You can confidently troubleshoot marketing strategies and tactics
  • You can lead and present strategy for clients in a clear and concise manner
  • You can confidently analyze data and performance trends to make marketing decisions based on your analysis including proactively identifying new opportunities or service pivots that provide the biggest business impact for your clients.
  • You have strong business acumen and understand how advertising campaign metrics (CPA, ROAS, CVR, etc.) impact business metrics.

EXPERIENCE

  • 3‑5 yrs hands‑on‑keyboard in DTC paid search & paid social; agency or high‑growth brand side.Proven management of $250k/mo total ad spend across
  • 5 eCommerce brands.
  • Fluency in the Shopify ecosystem, product‑feed management, GA4 analytics, and Pixel set up & management.
  • Working knowledge of creative strategy, CRO frameworks, retention marketing,
  • Nice to have/bonus: experience with third party attribution and measurement tools like:
  • Triplewhale
  • Northbeam
  • Haus
  • Funnel.io, etc.
  • Advanced Excel/Looker Studio modeling; comfort explaining incrementality, blended MER, and contribution margin to founders/finance.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Growth Manager, eCommerce is a blended strategic advisor + hands‑on performance marketer who owns both the client relationship and the execution of paid media programs across DTC/eCommerce channels. Acting as a senior marketing lead or fractional CMO and primary point‑of‑contact for KlientBoost clients, the role is accountable for driving net‑revenue retention (NRR), same‑store growth (SSG), client goal achievement, high client NPS, and world‑class client experience for a focused book of 8‑12 brands. This role is pivotal in fostering strong client relationships, ensuring the achievement of mutually agreed-upon goals, and guiding clients through various stages of marketing maturity. You will serve as the central hub for client success, blending strategic marketing expertise with exceptional relationship management.
