Kongsberg Digital is seeking candidates for a Growth Manager position responsible for Energy Simulation. The position offers flexibility to be based in anywhere in Europe with frequent business travels. You will report to the VP of Growth EMEA based in Fornebu, Norway (our HQ in the Oslo region). Team Kongsberg Digital has a long history of delivering world class dynamic simulators (K-Spice and LedaFlow) to multiple industries for Engineering, Operator Training and Real-time decision support. The traditional market area is Oil & Gas but we see an increasing use of our technology in the Net Zero domain e.g. Carbon Capture and Storage. We are also integrating with our industrial worksurface called Kognitwin which is taking traditional on-premise simulators into the Cloud. Responsibilities The Growth Manager will be responsible for growing the Energy Simulation business in EMEA. This is a mature business but the focus will be to secure new logos for KDI and to upsell and cross sell to existing customers. Key areas of responsibility include: Pro-actively seek new opportunities for Energy Simulation. Establish and maintain a good understanding of customer challenges and how Kongsberg Digital can be positioned to meet these challenges Maximise and secure Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) in a timely manner Identify upselling opportunities to existing customers and simulator deliveries Collaborate with Kognitwin Growth to identify opportunities to deploy Kognitwin Simulation Work closely with our Product and Marketing team to position Energy Simulation and build value propositions Lead bid processes for our Energy Simulation offering and support larger deals where Energy Simulation is a component of Kognitiwn Accurately manage leads, opportunities and recurring revenue in CRM Identify, and propose any improvements related to procedures, working methods and tools. Performance of all work according to the working methods set out in the KDI Business Management System (BMS) Comply with all standards established within Kongsberg Gruppen (KOG)/KDI Qualifications and Skills Bachelor or Master’s degree in relevant technical fields Fluent in English Strong sales experience and domain knowledge from the Energy industry; preferably Process Simulation or Flow Assurance Self-driven person with positive attitude and good cooperative skills Communicate clearly and concisely with diverse audiences, in both oral and written contexts, and giving and receiving feedback.
