Role Overview The company is a fast-growing digital ventures firm building and scaling innovative startups, is seeking a Growth Manager to design, automate, and optimize the systems that fuel inbound and outbound growth. This role is ideal for a hands-on builder — someone who thrives at the intersection of marketing, automation, and data. You’ll work directly with leadership to connect growth strategy with execution, building scrappy, scalable engines that drive real pipeline and measurable results. Your Impact: Your work will directly enable the company to: Build and optimize growth funnels that consistently convert qualified leads Automate pipelines and data workflows for efficiency and reliability Execute high-performing outreach campaigns and SEO strategies Track, measure, and experiment with growth initiatives to drive measurable results Partner cross-functionally to ensure cohesive strategy execution Core Responsibilities 1. Funnel Design & Optimization – 25% Build and manage inbound funnels that consistently attract and convert qualified leads Collaborate with leadership to align growth strategy with GTM objectives Continuously test messaging, forms, and conversion paths to improve funnel efficiency 2. Automation & Data Flows – 20% Build and maintain automated lead pipelines using Clay, n8n, or internal scripts Integrate enrichment data, trigger workflows, and sync information across CRM and outreach tools Monitor system reliability and troubleshoot data inconsistencies proactively 3. Email & Outreach Campaigns – 20% Design, write, and launch cold and nurture email sequences that engage high-intent founders and partners A/B test subject lines, messaging, and personalization strategies Track performance metrics to improve conversion rates and optimize messaging cadence 4. SEO & Content Growth – 15% Lead SEO initiatives to improve organic traffic and search visibility Conduct keyword research, optimize site performance, and measure ranking improvements Collaborate with content teams to create assets that support long-term SEO and brand growth 5. Analytics & Experimentation – 10% Build and maintain growth dashboards to track funnel metrics, conversions, and ROI Translate performance data into actionable insights and recommendations Experiment with new growth channels, partnerships, and AI-driven tactics — document learnings and scale what works 6.
