Location: Hybrid- Harrogate, United Kingdom

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Ability to travel occasionally between Trust Payments locations
  • Self-motivated with dedication and drive, plus experience in a professional office setting
  • Knowledge of the payments industry
  • Proven track record in telephone sales
  • Enthusiasm for learning and commitment to meeting targets
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Collaborative approach to teamwork
  • Experience with Zendesk and CRMs is beneficial but not required
  • Strong English language proficiency (additional languages considered valuable
Responsibilities

THE ROLE:

In this position, you’ll grow our business book through strategic cross-sale and up-sale campaigns.
You’ll identify growth opportunities based on location, MCC, vertical and other indicators, then plan and execute targeted campaigns through outbound calls, marketing or digital channels.
