This is an on-site role, requiring you to work 5 days a week from our office in Levent. Don’t miss the chance to shape the future of gaming and make your mark on millions of players around the world! 🚀 Responsibilities Plan, launch, and optimize paid UA campaigns across key channels (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Unity Ads, etc.) Monitor performance KPIs (ROAS, CPI, LTV, retention, ARPU) and iterate quickly based on real-time data Develop and maintain predictive models for forecasting spend, revenue, and user LTV Perform deep-dive analyses to identify performance drivers and optimization opportunities Collaborate with product and live ops teams to align UA strategy with game updates and content calendars Manage partner relationships with ad networks and MMPs Stay ahead of UA trends, platform changes, and new growth channels 2+ years of hands-on experience in performance/growth marketing, ideally in the mobile gaming Proven track record of managing large-scale UA budgets and achieving performance targets Experience in data analysis, forecasting, and campaign optimization Experience in testing, finding and scaling high-performing ad creatives.
