Description
Company Description About our client Our client is a SaaS company that helps marketers answer one very important question: “where are my most profitable customers coming from?” Their software connects marketing data with CRM systems, helping to fill in all their clients’ gaps and give marketing teams better attribution and a more complete understanding of how their marketing campaigns are performing. Fortune 500 and industry-leading companies like Invisalign, Sorenson, DSV, Samsung, Finserv, and Bloomberg all use our client’s software to give their marketing teams an edge. They’re profitable, established (10 years), and have big plans for our next phase of growth. That’s where you come in. Job Description The Role We’re looking for a Growth Manager to own marketing initiatives and contribute to product improvements informed by customer insights. We have a lot of marketing initiatives in the pipeline. And we’re looking for a smart, driven marketer to lead these projects from planning all the way through to execution and delivery. You’ll be hands-on… This isn’t a stale corporate role where your days will be filled with repetitive emails and meetings. Instead, you’ll be talking to customers, launching new marketing initiatives, improving sales funnels, and communicating with the engineering team to turn customer needs into product features. If you love getting your hands dirty, moving fast, and executing, then this is the role for you. You’ll be working directly with the CEO & getting real responsibility from day 1… You’ll have the freedom to propose new ideas and shape product and marketing strategy, while getting plenty of guidance and feedback along the way. As we grow, you’ll have the opportunity to build the team around you (right now, we’re a team of 6). You’ll own implementation from start to finish: writing copy, managing contractors, overseeing website changes, and making sure projects deliver measurable impact. No two days will be the same… If you’re the sort of person who enjoys doing new things and thrives on new challenges, this role is for you. We’ve got startup DNA, but we also have the security of a profitable, established company that has been going strong for 10 years now. What You’ll Do Common types of projects you’ll handle: Traffic-driving marketing projects – Coordinate initiatives to drive more traffic through SEO, AI search, partnerships, etc. Website, funnel & collateral projects – Manage updates to our website and funnels, and deliver marketing collateral (e.g. product videos). Analytics projects – Oversee reporting and analytics initiatives (dashboards, GA4/GTM, MRR/churn analytics). Team & freelancer management – Coordinate the work of our remote team (stand-ups, progress tracking, reviewing deliverables), and recruit/manage freelancers when needed. Product & user insights – Research users, competitors, and market trends to identify opportunities for improving our product and messaging, and help shape what we build next. Product updates – Collaborate with the engineering team to ship features that give leading marketing teams better visibility into their campaigns. Qualifications Who You Are You’re a versatile, data-savvy marketer who thrives in a startup environment. You’ve worn many hats - from writing compelling content to optimizing funnels and managing freelancers - and you’re excited to take ownership of projects that directly move the needle. You’ll fit right in if you: Have excellent English (C1+) and can communicate clearly in both writing and conversation Are a strong writer who enjoys crafting messaging that resonates with real people Have hands-on SEO experience - you understand keyword research, on-page optimization, and link-building strategies, and can plan and execute initiatives that drive measurable organic growth Feel comfortable using analytics tools to inform decisions and measure impact (you naturally think in data, even if it’s not in your job title) Are a strong verbal communicator - confident jumping on a call with clients or freelancers when needed Have experience hiring or managing freelancers, coordinating work, and keeping projects on track Come from a startup or small-team environment, where adaptability and a generalist mindset are key Additional Information Bonus points if you: Have experience in SaaS or B2B marketing Have solid experience with a range of marketing analytics tools Have created or coordinated video content before Your approach to work: Proactive ownership - you don’t wait for instructions, you move things forward. Structure-driven - you thrive on creating order, and you’re the kind of person who has a list or spreadsheet for everything. Metrics-driven - you can’t help but break problems down into data points, trends, and ratios, whether it’s a marketing funnel or a personal goal. Versatile and curious - you enjoy taking on projects in different areas instead of staying in a narrow lane, and you’re excited to keep learning along the way. Tech and AI-savvy - you love trying new tools and figuring out how to make things faster, better, and more efficient. Work Terms 100% remote Full-time London working hours International team (Europe & Asia) English is the working language B2B contract (service agreement; long-term cooperation) Why join our client? Stability with agility – Nearly 10 years on the market, with the stability of a proven business model and the speed of a lean team. Direct impact – Help shape the product and growth engines, with end-to-end ownership of projects that make a lasting difference inside a growing SaaS business. Career growth – This role can evolve into a Head of Growth or another senior leadership position as the company grows. Learning environment: You’ll see firsthand how a profitable SaaS business is run from the inside - from marketing campaigns to funnels to product development.
