Compensation: 15,00,000 INR to 20,00,000 INR annual salary Location: Pune, India (in person role) About the role We are looking for a talented Growth Marketer (3-5 years of experience) to drive demand generation and pipeline growth for Blitzy's AI-powered software development platform. You will work alongside our U.S. marketing team and directly with leadership to execute campaigns that reach CIOs, CTOs, and engineering leaders at enterprises and startups. This role combines analytical rigor with creative execution. You'll manage paid media campaigns, optimize conversion funnels, create compelling content, and turn data into actionable insights. You'll help us scale our inbound engine and establish Blitzy as the go-to platform for autonomous software development. What Success Looks Like You execute high-performing paid media campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, and other channels that drive qualified leads You write compelling ad copy, landing pages, and email sequences that convert technical and executive audiences You optimize conversion funnels, improving CPL, CAC, and conversion rates month over month You use data and analytics to make informed decisions and continuously improve campaign performance You collaborate with the U.S. marketing team to amplify content and thought leadership You manage campaign budgets efficiently, maximizing ROI across channels You create marketing experiments, test hypotheses, and implement winning strategies You understand both technical (developer) and executive (CTO/CIO) buyer personas You communicate results clearly to leadership with actionable recommendations You stay current with growth marketing trends, tools, and best practices in B2B SaaS Areas of Ownership As a Growth Marketer, you will be responsible for: Paid Media & Demand Generation Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and emerging channels Manage monthly advertising budgets and report on performance metrics A/B test ad creative, copy, targeting, and landing pages Collaborate with U.S. Head of Media on campaign strategy and creative development Conversion Optimization Build and optimize landing pages for campaign conversions Write high-converting copy for ads, landing pages, and email sequences Analyze funnel performance and identify optimization opportunities Implement tools and processes to improve lead quality and conversion rates Analytics & Reporting Track and report on key growth metrics: CPL, CAC, MQL, SQL, conversion rates Build dashboards and reports for leadership visibility Conduct cohort analysis and attribution modeling Provide data-driven recommendations for campaign improvements Content Amplification Repurpose executive content and thought leadership into paid campaigns Coordinate with content creators to ensure marketing-ready assets Distribute content across appropriate channels for maximum reach Market Research Monitor competitor marketing strategies and positioning Identify new channel opportunities and growth experiments Stay informed about enterprise software and AI market trends Required Skills and Experience 3-5 years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing (B2B SaaS preferred) Hands-on experience managing LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads campaigns Strong analytical skills with proficiency in marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.) Excellent copywriting skills for technical and executive audiences Experience with landing page builders and conversion optimization tools Understanding of B2B marketing funnels and lead lifecycle management Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting Strong communication skills with ability to present data and insights clearly Self-starter who can work with minimal supervision and take ownership Comfortable working with U.S. teams across time zones Preferred Qualifications Experience marketing enterprise software, developer tools, or AI/ML products Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar marketing automation platforms Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and organic growth strategies Experience with A/B testing tools and conversion rate optimization Understanding of software development workflows and enterprise buying processes Background in technology, engineering, or related field Experience working in fast-paced startup environments Familiarity with Generative AI and LLM technologies You'll Get...
