About the Role We’re hiring a founding Growth Marketer to own the strategy, budget, and narrative that attract qualified users and convert intent into self-serve revenue. You’ll operate across the full funnel, from awareness to acquisition - crafting positioning, orchestrating launches, driving partnerships and content, and building high-performing marketing surfaces that later expand into enterprise demand. You’ll work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and sales to experiment, measure, and scale what works to build the foundation for Anam’s long-term growth engine. Key Responsibilities Design and execute a multi-channel growth strategy that drives brand awareness, website visitors, sign-ups, and MQLs. Deep audience development - what resonates and doesn’t, where target personas show up, and how to position products for them. Plan and orchestrate launches and campaigns that amplify new features, updates, and company milestones. Stand up and test channels including SEO, paid search/social, content, and partner co-marketing. Lead rapid experimentation - defining hypotheses, setting up measurement frameworks (e.g., PostHog), and translating insights into repeatable playbooks. Partner with engineering and revops teams to optimize funnel performance, attribution, and automation. What You Bring Proven track record in building awareness and acquisition channels with measurable results. Deep audience intuition - where they are, what resonates, and how to position effectively. Proven success in articulating product value to drive paid user acquisition. Strong copywriting and narrative development across channels. Analytical and technical acumen across experimentation, analytics, and automation tools. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to execute zero-to-one initiatives and deliver scalable results.
