GROWTH MARKETING LEAD (PART-TIME REMOTE)

Gail Doane Originals (Gaildoane.com) is an online education business that operates in the high-end children’s sewing niche via pre-recorded online courses to teach sewing techniques and step-by-step projects. We’re seeking a self-motivated, creative GROWTH MARKETING LEAD to join our small team. While nearly all work can be performed remotely, the ideal candidate will be based in the Greater Salt Lake, Utah area to collaborate on occasion with the owner in Draper. This person will lead the marketing efforts for launching new products and selling the existing catalogue of classes. Commitment of ~10 hours per week.

• Product launches – Plan and execute high-impact go-to-market campaigns
• Promotional campaigns – Structure offers, plan content, run marketing pushes
• Copywriting – Create compelling copy for landing pages, ads, social, emails
• Social media – Develop content from our photo/video backlog, schedule posts
• Landing page optimization – Design pages and test to improve conversion
• Influencer marketing – Identify and collaborate with creators
• Paid advertising – Run and refine campaigns (Facebook, YouTube, Google)
• Community engagement – Foster student connection on Instagram and in our private Facebook group

Compensation: Based on ~10 hours/week and your performance, we estimate this role will pay $31–$61+ per hour, with no cap on upside potential beyond that range.
