Role Overview The Growth Marketer owns the strategy and execution of data-driven initiatives that drive acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue growth. This role blends experimentation, performance marketing, and lifecycle optimization—designing and executing campaigns across channels while continuously testing, learning, and scaling what works. You will act as the growth engine, identifying high-impact opportunities across marketing, product, and distribution channels.
