WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re on the hunt for a bold, creative, and strategic Growth Marketer to lead our digital growth initiatives and help take founder-led brands to the next level. This is a role for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution, who gets just as excited about brainstorming innovative campaigns as they do about seeing them come to life. You’ll work with a team of skilled executors to manage the implementation of your strategies while being hands-on enough to ensure excellence. If you’re passionate about scaling start-ups, leveraging the power of digital, and working closely with visionary founders, this is the opportunity for you.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience with scaling podcasts, email marketing, and social media channels.
• Familiarity with leveraging and cross-promoting with PR efforts (not required but a bonus).
• A demonstrated ability to work closely with founders and align marketing strategies with their personal vision.
