Key Responsibilities: Digital & Growth Marketing (Paid & Organic) Account Based Marketing BDR Activities & Outbound Acceleration **Own a full-funnel demand generation across channels Digital & Growth Marketing Organic SEO driven Content Strategy Build LinkedIn Thought Leadership Engine Launch gated assets (report, whitepapers, tools) Optimize website conversion flow Create landing pages for high-intent lead generation campaigns Paid Own LinkedIn ads, Google ads and retargeting campaigns Build ICP Focused Campaigns Optimize for SQLs (not vanity metrics) Run A/B tests across creatives and messaging Track customer acquisition cost and pipeline ROI ABM Design and execute targeted campaigns for high-value accounts. Define Tier 1, 2, 3 accounts with Sales Build personalized messaging for CISOs / CTOs / decision-makers Execute multi-touch ABM campaigns (LinkedIn + email + gifting + content) Use tools like Sales Navigator, Outplay, Demandbase, etc. Partner with Sales to convert engagement into meetings Goal: Drive high-quality, high-intent meetings from strategic accounts. BDR Activities & Outbound Acceleration Work Closely with BDRs to convert marketing intent into sales conversations.
