Senior Marketing Manager, Dietary Supplements, North America Location: Princeton, NJ, US As the Senior Marketing Manager for Dietary Supplements in North America, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the dietary supplement market. You'll partner with global marketing and regional technical and sales experts to turn insights into valuable, innovative solutions. Your expertise will drive the commercialization of solutions for two key health benefit platforms: brain/cognitive health and healthy longevity, ensuring dsm-firmenich remains a leader in this dynamic and competitive market. In this role, you'll master the value proposition of dsm-firmenich's solutions portfolio, especially the algal omega-3 platform and nutraceutical ingredients. Your key responsibilities Implement a healthy longevity and brain/cognitive health segment strategy based on understanding internal business ambition, customer needs, and market environment/dynamics. Drive go-to-market plans targeting dietary supplement brands and CDMOs. Facilitate the launch of new solutions/concepts and achieve quick sales for new products. Maintain a consistent pipeline of growth initiatives in the category/solution portfolio (i.e., line extensions, new products). Partner closely with Sales teams on all core business activities, including core business development, participation on calls, trade show attendance, and annual planning; and liaise with Communications to plan and implement portfolio promotion. Research and anticipate category and market trends and consumer drivers to develop and execute key growth strategies and tactical activities. Minimum of 8 years of B-to-B marketing/business development experience, preferably within science-based healthcare organizations, with a strong understanding of the dietary supplement industry. Experience with the healthy longevity and/or brain/cognitive health category and ingredients such as omega-3 and nutraceuticals, along with in-depth knowledge of marketing, products, ingredients, manufacturing processes, packaging, and competitive landscape. Proven ability to develop and implement successful product market strategies, with strong business acumen and financial skills to evaluate key decisions. Experience leading cross-functional teams, including regulatory, science, technical, legal, and market research, with excellent communication skills for presenting to key internal and external stakeholders. Nimble and entrepreneurial attitude, comfortable operating in ambiguous situations, with a drive for creating innovative solutions and a positive team dynamic. The salary or hourly wage scale provided reflects the pay range dsm-firmenich expects to pay the successful candidate for the position. Individual pay offered will be based on the applicant's job-related skills, experience, relevant education, or training, and primary work location. Salary $128,700-$145,000. In addition to base salary, we also offer a comprehensive total rewards package, inclusive of annual incentive pay, a retirement savings plan, health care coverage, paid time off, recognition programs and a broad range of other benefits.
