Growth & Marketing Associate We’re hiring a Growth & Marketing Associate to support our GTM and lead generation efforts. This role is perfect for someone early in their career who wants to learn and grow by executing across inbound, outbound, and social channels. Responsibilities Assist with inbound campaigns (content, social posts, SEO tasks) Support outbound outreach (building prospect lists, sending sequences, follow-ups) Help create and distribute content across LinkedIn, X, Reddit, and other channels Track campaign results and report on key metrics Learn and contribute to GTM experiments alongside the growth team Requirements 0–2 years experience in marketing, sales development, or growth Interest in inbound, outbound, and content-driven growth Familiar with tools like HubSpot, Apollo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator (or eager to learn) Curious, proactive, and excited to gain hands-on experience We connect top talent with vetted employers, competitive pay, and real growth opportunities.

Responsibilities
