We’re looking for a highly motivated Growth Marketing Associate to support our growing paid search program, specifically focused on the auto insurance vertical. This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative, fast-paced marketing team where you’ll contribute directly to scaling paid search initiatives and driving meaningful impact across the business.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1–2 years of experience in marketing, performance advertising, or a related role
Proficiency with Google Ads, including campaign setup, keyword research, ad copy development, and A/B testing
Familiarity with paid search optimization tactics such as bid management and quality score improvement
Strong SQL skills required : Ability to use SQL for data analysis and reporting to optimize campaign performance
Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly present data-driven insights and campaign strategy to internal teams
Bonus: Experience with Bing Ads
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support the development and expansion of paid search campaigns in the auto insurance space
Assist in building and executing testing roadmaps for ad copy, landing pages, conversion signals, and more
Collaborate with analytics and creative teams to develop campaign briefs with precise messaging and targeting strategies
Monitor campaign performance and key metrics daily, identifying and flagging trends or opportunities
Analyze marketing performance data and synthesize insights to share with stakeholders across the team
