ABOUT THIS ROLE:

We are seeking a Growth Marketing Associate to support and scale digital marketing efforts, working closely with performance marketers and creative teams to launch and optimize impactful ad campaigns. The ideal candidate has strong creative instincts, analytical skills, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You’ll play a critical role in developing and managing campaigns across paid social platforms, ensuring creative strategies align with growth objectives and industry trends.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Launch and Manage Ad Campaigns: Plan, execute, and optimize paid social and digital campaigns in collaboration with performance marketing teams.
  • Develop Creative Briefs: Craft clear, objective-driven briefs that guide the production of compelling video and static ad content.
  • Construct Landing Pages: Develop and test landing pages using existing templates (no coding required).
  • Coordinate Creative Production: Work with designers, video editors, and content creators to produce engaging materials within tight timelines.
  • Incorporate Feedback Quickly: Adapt and refine creative assets based on team input, performance metrics, and emerging trends.
  • Contribute to Creative Strategy: Brainstorm ad concepts, research competitor strategies, and ensure alignment with target audience preferences.
  • Analyze Campaign Performance: Monitor and interpret data from platforms like Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and Motion to optimize targeting and scale campaigns effectively.
  • Report and Recommend: Regularly communicate performance insights and propose actionable steps to enhance ROI to the Senior Manager of Growth Marketing and the broader team.
  • Source Creative Talent: Identify and recruit creative talent such as models, photographers, designers, editors, and creators who align with the brand’s vision.
  • Upload Ads: Manage and upload ads across platforms like Meta, X, and other ad networks to ensure smooth campaign execution.
  • Research Inspiration: Conduct research on content and ad inspiration to fuel brainstorming sessions and creative direction.
