ABOUT THE ROLE

  • Ruby Digital is looking for a Growth & Marketing Consultant to join our team.
  • You will support the Growth & Marketing Experts by:
  • Assisting with and coordinating lead management
  • Assisting with and coordinating client communications
  • Assisting with and coordinating collateral creation
  • In this role, you will play a part in nurturing and growing inbound and outbound business relationships with the objective of developing an understanding of a business’s marketing requirements, to educate them on their marketing needs and opportunities, and to determine the viability and success likelihood of their business when aligned with Ruby Digital’s existing and potential products and services
  • You will work closely with the Growth Division to establish Ruby DIgital as a world-class market force and develop and maintain effective working relationships with all members within the Growth Division as well as the company as a whole.
  • This is an amazing opportunity for a new marketer with some experience, who’s looking to operate on a global level.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Achieve Growth and new business Growth (Sales) targets by successfully supporting the management of assigned inbound leads to the Growth & Marketing experts.
  • Educate and guide clients on world-class marketing strategies/solutions for their business objectives.
  • Assisting in creating the company profile and solution proposals that are presented to potential clients.
  • Assisting with the management of deals in CRM to ensure active flow and eliminate bottleneck and wastages.
  • Assisting in the execution of client qualification process and criteria as per Inbound Marketing SOP.
  • Assist in the execution of client onboarding in coordination with Success Division as per Client Onboarding SOP.
  • Endeavour to develop a solid understanding of all client’s environment, business goals, and best practices and coordinate with the Performance Division to recommend ideal solutions for desired business outcomes.
  • Assistance in Growth Division management, including coordination, diary management, collateral creation, product research and development, and reporting.
