Role Overview This is a hands-on, get-your-hands-dirty kind of role, perfect for someone early in their career who wants real exposure to B2B SaaS marketing in the tech industry. You will work directly with the Head of Growth and Marketing Manager on demand generation campaigns, lead qualification, business development support, and partner program coordination. If you are curious, organized, and ready to learn how pipeline actually gets built, this is the role for you. What You Will Do Demand Generation Support the execution of inbound and outbound marketing campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and digital channels Help build, test, and optimize HubSpot email sequences and workflows Assist with content coordination including blog posts, social captions, and event materials Lead Qualification & Business Development Support Qualify inbound leads and coordinate handoffs to the sales team Research target accounts and contacts to support outbound prospecting efforts Maintain lead data hygiene and activity tracking in HubSpot CRM Partner Program Support Help coordinate partner communications, co-marketing materials, and enablement resources Assist with tracking partner activity and pipeline contribution Support logistics for partner-facing events and webinars What We Are Looking For Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience) Strong written communication skills and attention to detail Eagerness to learn B2B SaaS marketing, CRM tools, and demand generation fundamentals Comfort working in a fast-moving, startup-paced environment with a small, remote team Familiarity with HubSpot, LinkedIn, or similar tools is a plus but not required Interest in the industrial technology, ERP software, or Microsoft partner ecosystem is a bonus Why RUX Direct mentorship from experienced B2B marketing leaders Exposure to the full marketing funnel, from first touch to closed deal Remote-first with a preference for Minnesota-based candidates for occasional in-person collaboration Competitive entry-level compensation and opportunity for rapid growth as the team scales Benefits Competitive base salary with strong commission and bonus structure.
