We’re seeking a Growth Marketing & Digital/AI Operations Associate to independently manage and optimize all core marketing operations across digital channels, including our INNOVERA™ website and social media channels. This role is not about “just content” — it’s about driving measurable results, building scalable, AI-based marketing workflows, and ensuring our brand is not only visible but selling.
You’ll be the operational engine of our marketing team: maintaining digital assets, launching and managing performance campaigns, tracking and driving marketing KPIs, nurturing key partnerships with tanneries and brands, and expanding our reach through (social) media, press, and events. If you’re hands-on, metrics-driven, and excited about AI-powered marketing, this is your stage.

EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:

  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in marketing operations, growth marketing, and digital content — ideally with exposure to fast-paced, creative environments.
  • Strong track record of owning digital channels (websites, email, social) and driving quantifiable engagement and sales.
  • Proficiency in AI-Marketing workflows and tools — you’re not afraid to automate, iterate, and shift fast.
  • Relevant experience with partnership and brand marketing, including cross-collaborations, co-branded campaigns, and event marketing (such as Lineapelle, IAA Mobility, etc.).
  • Excellent writing, layout, and basic graphic design skills (Canva, Figma, Adobe Suite).
  • Experience managing SEO, SEA, analytics, and social growth with a performance mindset.

Responsibilities
  • Own and manage all aspects ofwebsite operations (Webflow, Squarespace, Shopify, or similar), including content updates, technical performance, SEO/SEA optimization, and UX enhancements.
  • Implement sales-oriented landing pages, product pages, and press updates using no-code and AI-assisted platforms.
  • Use AI tools (e.g.,Canva Magic Write, ChatGPT, Midjourney, Copy.ai) to rapidly develop compelling digital assets and social media campaigns.
  • Manage brand and tannery partnerships from a marketing angle — event support, press coverage, asset creation, and joint campaigns.
  • Own and run email marketing, CRM workflows (Salesforce), and drip campaigns with a performance mindset.
  • Actively expand our press and media network and help secure earned media opportunities for the brand.
  • Track, analyze, and report marketing metrics systematically and comprehensively using Google Analytics, CRM dashboards (Salesforce), and social media tools (Meta Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.).
  • Coordinate and own the marketing tool stack — from calendar to automation — in tools like Notion, Airtable, and Trello.
  • Push the marketing team to be more efficient, automated/AI-driven, and scalable — you’ll help us build, not just execute.
  • Partner with current marketing and communications efforts to amplify efforts around media, influencers, or fashion/luxury press to drive brand engagement.
