Growth Marketing Executive promoting CRM consultancy services and Tier 1 solutions to Financial and Professional Services businesses in the UK, progressing into the global market.
The sweet spot will be mid-sized organisations with a 50-250 user count
The role will report directly to the CEO, with contributions from the company’s Non-Executive Director.
The role will be hybrid with a minimum of 2 days per week in the office, Solihull, West Midlands and home-working

Role Overview:
We are seeking a data-driven, creative, and hands-on Growth Marketing Executive to execute campaigns that drive top-of-funnel lead generation and establish the Ascent brand as a leading provider of CRM consultancy.
We expect the successful candidate to interview subject matter experts within the company and produce multiple pieces of content to support a range of promotional initiatives, delivering thought-leading content and CTA hooks.
This role will be driven by performance KPI’s which will be commissioned
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Planning & Execution
Assist in planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, PPC, SEO, paid social, organic, etc.).
Support A/B and multivariate experimentation to optimise landing pages, CTAs, and ad creative.
Analytics & Optimisation
Monitor key metrics (CPC, CPA, MQLs, CAC, ROI, etc.) and suggest improvements to funnels.
Use tools like Google Analytics & HubSpot to measure campaign performance. Knowledge of Wordpress CMS and LinkedIn would be useful.
Report weekly and monthly results to the CEO, SLT & sales.
Growth Innovation
Support email and nurture campaigns to guide leads through the funnel
Execute PPC campaigns and monitor results
Identify new growth opportunities.
Research competitors, industry trends, and audience behaviour to refine targeting.
Develop strong relationships with our software partners on lead-gen campaigns.
Work with SEO specialist if required
Requirements:
Must have:-
1–3 years of experience in digital/growth/performance marketing.
Strong understanding of marketing funnels, CRM, and lead gen strategies.
Experience with tools like Google Ads & GA4 and a marketing automation platform.
Analytical mindset with a test-and-learn approach.
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or low-code/no-code platforms would be a bonus, but not essential.
Advantageous to have:-
Experience in a B2B SaaS, IT services, or tech-driven environment.
