We’re Hiring – Growth Marketing Lead (BELUX) ETAM is looking for an experienced Growth Marketing Lead to drive brand growth and 360° communication across the BELUX region. This role focuses on growth, traffic acquisition, and brand visibility, with ownership of digital and brand initiatives and strong coordination with partner agencies. Role Overview Lead ETAM’s growth and communication efforts in BELUX Define and strengthen brand image, visibility, and traffic acquisition across digital and offline channels Coordinate multiple external partners Key Responsibilities Digital Growth & Communication Manage paid acquisition channels (Meta, Google, Pinterest, etc.) via a paid media agency Monitor performance, analyze results, and optimize campaigns in collaboration with the agency Oversee CRM communications: create and coordinate commercial emails via Salesforce Lead local social media presence (Facebook, LinkedIn) with a strong focus on brand image and consistency Brand Growth & Influence Develop influencer marketing initiatives: selection, seeding, and collaborations with influencers Coordinate brand and influencer events to maximize visibility and engagement Implement local initiatives to strengthen brand image and awareness PR, Media & Offline Growth Collaborate with the PR agency and manage press relations Coordinate out-of-home advertising campaigns via a dedicated agency Ensure alignment between offline campaigns, brand image, and digital growth objectives Agency & Partner Coordination Lead coordination with three agencies: paid media, out-of-home, and PR Manage briefs, timelines, and performance reviews Profile Strong experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, and retail marketing Solid understanding of traffic acquisition and performance-driven campaigns Agile and comfortable in a fast-paced retail environment Autonomous, structured, and hands-on Experience managing multiple agencies Bilingual French/Dutch is a strong advantage Benefits: 🏠 Flexible remote work policy 🍻 Family-owned group with a friendly and supportive culture 🤩 Exclusive perks (e.g., preferential rates on our collections) Through its WECARE program, the Group is committed to being demanding and transparent in the design of its collections, innovating for more sustainable fashion, and placing people—in all their diversity—at the heart of change.
