WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Design and implement growth loops (e.g., invite systems, gamification) integrated into the core loop of our products.
  • Scale organic channels such as Reddit, Discord, X (Twitter), YouTube, and TikTok, creating and optimizing community engagement and content strategies.
  • Develop and execute paid marketing campaigns; prepare UGC offers, write creative briefs, and manage creative production.
  • Strategically allocate and manage monthly budgets across various channels to achieve optimal ROI.
  • Implement the full growth cycle of Hypothesis Launch Learn Scale. Collect, test, and analyze hypotheses to drive ongoing optimization.
  • Build and optimize unit economics models to ensure profitability and scalability.
  • Generate creative concepts, write scripts, and test different formats. Brief and manage creative production teams effectively.
  • Continuously adapt strategies based on data insights, tests, and changing conditions.
  • Actively participate in campaign execution, creative development, and scaling efforts.
