Your profile We're looking for a high-impact Growth & Marketing Lead to take ownership of our demand generation engine during a maternity cover and potentially beyond. Are you a B2B SaaS marketer with a strong demand generation background and the confidence to own pipeline outcomes end-to-end? Do you thrive in a player-coach setup focused on bringing structure and strategic clarity while staying hands-on with execution? From day one, you'll drive pipeline, sharpen how we go to market, and introduce the scalability and predictability that sets the function up for long-term success. There is a clear path to taking on full Marketing Leadership ownership for the right person. This is a fixed-term position with the possibility of extension to permanent employment.
