YOUR CHALLENGE

The world of user acquisition is being redefined by AI, automating large parts of it through agentic workflows and AI agents. We aren’t just adapting to this change; our ambition is to be a team that leads it. To join our team, we’re looking for a forward-thinking Senior Growth Marketing Lead focused on mobile user acquisition.Someone, who sees this role as a unique blend of growth marketing, MarTech and data - and who is passionate about shaping the future of Taxfix’s user acquisition growth engine. This is an opportunity to build the machine, not just operate it.

Responsibilities
  • Design and drive a forward-thinking user acquisition strategy across key channels, with a focus on automation, scalability, and AI-driven decision-making and optimization.
  • Drive the performance of our primary mobile acquisition channels (Meta, TikTok, Google UAC…) by designing and managing automated systems and agentic workflows to handle day-to-day campaign management and optimization.
  • Manage and scale 6-digit monthly budgets for our mobile acquisition channels, ensuring efficient investment and allocation of resources to achieve our growth targets.
  • Systematically explore, test, and scale promising new channel opportunities, such as mobile DSPs and Web2App acquisition flows.
  • Foster and drive a culture of high-velocity testing and data-driven learning. You will be responsible for creating experiment roadmaps that allow us to test hypotheses on creative, channel systems and user flows at a fast pace.
  • Act as a key stakeholder for our MarTech and Analytics teams. Collaborate closely with them to define measurement frameworks, attribution models, performance marketing needs, build new capabilities and refine the tools that power our growth.
  • Partner with our internal creative studio and performance creative strategist to drive creative optimization and develop highly performing ad creatives at scale.
