Job Description
As the Growth Marketing Lead (eCommerce & CRM), you are strategic, data-focused, and detail-oriented, capable of juggling competing priorities while clearly communicating complex information to stakeholders. Reporting to the Head of Brand & Acquisition, you will take ownership of our registered user strategy, drive audience growth, optimise conversion funnels, shape pricing strategy, and champion data-led initiatives to enhance customer engagement and support subscription revenue.

Day to day will include but won’t be limited to:

  • Maintain and optimise customer journey maps to enhance engagement, registration, and acquisition.
  • Lead audience segmentation strategies, driving engagement and conversion through personalised experiences.
  • Provide insights on pricing strategies to optimise conversion, reduce churn, and maintain product yield.
  • Collaborate with Product teams to enhance subscription funnels via paywalls, meters, and testing strategies.
  • Develop and optimise automated audience journeys to increase engagement and conversion.
  • Support marketing campaigns with seamless customer experiences and optimised conversion funnels.
  • Lead data requests, dashboard requirements, and performance reporting, delivering actionable insights.
  • Utilise key platforms, including SFMC, Tableau, Jira, Branch, Optimizely, and CMS tools.
  • Develop and execute an experimentation roadmap to refine acquisition strategies based on insights.
  • Maintain budget accuracy and forecasting while coaching a high-performing direct report.
