ABOUT THE TEAM:

At native, we empower brands to meaningfully connect with students on campus—helping them drive awareness, engagement, and market share. Our advertiser audiences span local businesses, regional organisations, national brands, enterprise powerhouses, and specialist agencies.
Growth marketing sits at the core of delivering our revenue objectives. It’s about meeting each of these audiences where they are, capturing in-market demand, and moving prospects efficiently through the funnel. We take an integrated Go-To-Market approach - brand and growth working hand-in-hand to deliver immediate results while building long-term momentum.
We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Lead to design and drive a scalable, results-focused growth engine for advertisers. You’ll prioritise high-impact activity, build and manage a high-performing team, and focus on moving prospects from consideration to conversion.

Responsibilities
  • Build and own the growth engine: Develop and scale a growth marketing strategy tailored to our five advertiser segments—leveraging a blend of ATL and BTL tactics to deliver qualified leads across all audiences.
  • Team leadership: Build and manage a team of FTEs and freelancers/contractors to execute growth initiatives effectively and efficiently.
  • Channel execution: Drive execution across a wide range of growth and performance marketing channels, constantly optimising for efficiency and results.
  • Test & learn: Set up quick, hacky tests to gather insights, iterate rapidly, and establish scalable models for sustainable growth.
  • Highly trackable approach: Ensure all activity is measurable, data-driven, and tied to clear growth KPIs (leads, conversion rates, ROAS, etc.).
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with product marketing, brand and sales teams to ensure seamless handoffs and integrated GTM execution.
