Responsibilities

THE ROLE

This is a hands-on, cross-functional role where you’ll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising marketing campaigns across the full funnel — from awareness through to conversion and retention. You’ll work closely with colleagues in product, design, UX, ecommerce, content, and marketing to deliver measurable impact.
As we expand into new treatment areas — including women’s hormonal health — you’ll play a key role in adapting and scaling campaigns to support growth across multiple markets.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Lead the development and execution of a multi-channel growth strategy, with a focus on SEO, paid search, and social media.
  • Design and deliver creative campaigns that achieve standout in the market and resonate with our target audiences.
  • Analyse data and use insights to optimise conversion at every stage of the funnel.
  • Test, measure, and iterate campaigns to improve customer acquisition and lifetime value.
  • Collaborate with product, UX and CRM teams to ensure marketing efforts align with the customer journey.
  • Work with creative teams across within the Medichecks Group for consistency with brand guidelines and messaging.
  • Manage budgets and ensure ROI across channels.
  • Maintain relationships with external agencies or freelancers - including PR
  • Stay on top of industry trends and emerging channels to maintain competitive advantage.
