We’re partnered with a huge name in the Investments space who are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager in a newly created role to support the business at an exciting time. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-performing team and be a key driver in the next stage of their journey.

The Growth Marketing Manager will:

• Craft personalised marketing strategies for their Private Clients, pushing out tailored campaigns and content to drive retention and acquisition.
• Build and deliver multi-channel campaigns in collaboration with Product and the wider Marketing team. You will create a lifecycle marketing approach that creates ‘stickier’ customers.
• Understand the b2c audience and how to grow a customer base.

Required skills and experience:

• Proven track record of growth and lifecycle marketing, with a customer-focused approach.
• Background in b2c marketing, ideally within Financial Services.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £80,000.00-£100,000.00 per year
