Tasks About This Role We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to drive client acquisition through paid media, funnel development, and full-funnel performance strategies. You’ll own the design and execution of multi-channel growth campaigns — including planning ad creative, landing pages, lead magnets, and follow-up sequences — while closely tracking CAC, ROI, and other performance metrics. As a Growth Marketing Manager, you will work cross-functionally with content, design, and product teams to turn strategic ideas into measurable growth. You’ll play a critical role in increasing Aurora’s exposure, user acquisition, and conversion efficiency. If you love building high-performing funnels, launching paid ad campaigns, and optimizing results — this role is for you. Your Responsibilities Design and implement full-funnel lead generation strategies across Meta, Google, and other ad platforms Build and manage landing pages, ad creatives, email sequences, and automated follow-ups Launch and manage paid media campaigns focused on acquisition and conversions Collaborate with content and design to produce high-performing creatives and assets Continuously test and optimize campaign variables (audiences, angles, formats, copy) Set up tracking systems and attribution models to measure CAC, CPL, and LTV Contribute to Aurora’s key launches by planning integrated campaign support Analyze performance metrics and present insights, learnings, and next steps Requirements Who You Are We’re looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. Minimum Requirements 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, media buying, or growth Hands-on experience with ad platforms like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, etc. Ability to plan and wireframe acquisition funnels to share with the design team Strong understanding of CAC, ROAS, LTV, and other key growth metrics Comfortable working cross-functionally on copy, creative, and technical assets Fluent in English (spoken and written), with excellent communication skills Self-motivated and able to take initiative and ownership with minimal supervision ** Preferred Requirements** Experience in a SaaS, ad tech, or performance marketing environment Familiarity with lead magnet creation and email nurturing flows Proficiency with funnel tools, CRMs, and analytics platforms (HubSpot, GA, Meta Pixel) Understanding of creative testing, split testing, and funnel optimization techniques Experience with affiliate, partner, or influencer-driven growth strategies Benefits Remote-First at Aurora At Aurora, we are proud to be a fully remote team with talented members working across the globe.
