Description:

APRA AMCOS represents globally 119,000 members who are songwriters, composers and music publishers in Australia and NZ. We license organisations to play, perform, copy or record our members’ music, and we distribute the royalties to our members. We are looking for a passionate Growth Marketing Manager to lead growth marketing and communication automation to drive licensing revenue and support member engagement.
Reporting to the Executive Director, Marketing, Communications & Events, the Growth Marketing Manager will be at the forefront of our digital marketing efforts. In partnership with our sales, marketing, product and membership teams, the role focuses on acquiring, converting and renewing customers digitally; creating and managing automated customer journeys throughout the customer lifecycle using Microsoft Dynamics D365; optimising the digital customer experience; and leveraging data and insights to drive growth.
To be successful in this role you need to be a curious, entrepreneurial, data-driven marketing expert with a minimum at least three years’ experience in performance, e-commerce, and/or digital marketing. Key skills include strong communication and collaboration, project management, data analysis and experience in running growth experiments and A/B testing.
