REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience: 7+ years of marketing experience with a strong track record in performance/digital marketing, including at least 2–3 years in a leadership role. Experience in e-commerce or D2C brands is highly preferred, especially in the fashion or luxury retail sector.
  • Strategic & Analytical Skills: Demonstrated ability to craft and execute data-driven marketing strategies that drive growth. Highly analytical, with proficiency in using data and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to inform decisions and measure results.
  • Channel Expertise: Deep knowledge of key digital marketing channels – including paid social (Facebook/Instagram), paid search (Google Ads), email marketing, SEO, affiliate marketing, and influencer marketing. Hands-on experience optimizing campaigns on these channels to achieve ROI-positive results.
  • Tech & Tools: Familiarity with e-commerce and marketing platforms is expected – specifically experience with Shopify (e-commerce platform), Klaviyo (email/CRM), Google Analytics, and advertising tools like Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads. Comfortable evaluating and adopting new marketing technologies or platforms (for affiliate tracking, influencer management, analytics, etc.) as needed.
  • KPI-Driven Mindset: Obsessed with metrics and testing. Strong grasp of marketing KPIs (CAC, ROAS, CTR, conversion rates, etc.) and the ability to design experiments and optimizations to improve them. Agile and hands-on in adjusting tactics based on performance data.
  • Innovative & Hands-On: Creative thinker who can also execute. Brings new ideas for growth and isn’t afraid to get hands-on in campaign setup, copywriting, or any area that needs attention. Ability to scale up high-performing channels quickly and decisively sunset underperforming initiatives.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate strategy and results to stakeholders at all levels. Experience collaborating cross-functionally, especially with product development and merchandising teams, to synchronize marketing with other departments.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred. MBA or advanced degree is a plus but not required if equivalent practical experience is demonstrated.
Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking an innovative and results-driven Growth Marketing Manager to lead all marketing initiatives at LuxuryForYou. In this in-house, on-site leadership role, you will have full ownership of the entire marketing function – from performance advertising and CRM campaigns. You will develop and execute strategic growth plans, manage a multi-channel marketing budget, and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will also collaborate closely with our Product and Merchandising teams to align marketing strategies with new product launches and merchandising goals. This role is ideal for a hands-on Growth Marketer with a KPI-driven mindset, capable of rapidly scaling high-performing channels and quickly pivoting from underperforming efforts.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Strategic Marketing Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives customer acquisition, engagement, and retention across all channels (performance marketing, social media, email/CRM, affiliate).
  • Performance Marketing & Media Planning: Take full ownership of performance marketing campaigns on channels such as Facebook/Instagram (Meta Ads Manager), Google Search & Display, and YouTube Ads. Plan and allocate the media budget across paid channels, continuously optimizing for ROI and growth KPIs (CAC, ROAS, LTV).
  • CRM & Email Marketing: Lead our CRM efforts, including email marketing campaigns via Klaviyo, SMS marketing, and loyalty programs. Leverage customer segmentation and lifecycle marketing to increase retention and customer lifetime value.
  • Creative Strategy & Brand Messaging: Guide the creative direction for marketing campaigns and assets, ensuring consistent, high-end brand messaging across all touchpoints. Work with designers and content creators to produce on-brand, conversion-focused creatives.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Establish a robust analytics framework to track performance across all marketing initiatives. Monitor key metrics daily/weekly and generate comprehensive reports for leadership, translating data into actionable insights. Use Google Analytics and other tools to understand customer behavior and campaign effectiveness.
  • Experimentation & Optimization: Foster a culture of rapid experimentation and continuous improvement. Implement A/B tests and growth experiments (ad creatives, landing pages, targeting, etc.) to quickly identify what works and scale winning strategies. Prune or pivot from underperforming channels or campaigns swiftly to maximize efficiency.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing marketing team. Provide clear goals and KPIs for team members, and manage performance through regular feedback and coaching. Be responsible for hiring new talent as needed and fostering professional growth within the team.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Product team to plan marketing support for new product launches, and with the Merchandising team to promote key product categories. Ensure marketing campaigns are aligned with inventory, product trends, and overall business objectives.
  • Market Research & Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging digital marketing technologies. Continuously seek innovative ways to keep LuxuryForYou at the forefront of digital marketing in the luxury e-commerce space.
