A DAY IN THE LIFE:

We’re hiring an experienced, strategic, results-driven Growth Marketing Manager to lead our entire paid marketing function overseeing paid ad optimization, landing page optimization, email optimization, ad setup, creative setup, and email setup. You will directly optimize ads, landing pages and emails and manage, coach, and hold accountable email specialist, data analyst, ad creation specialist. When required you will put up your sleeves and do setup the ads and emails yourselves to help speed up the process.
Your primary responsibility will be optimizing ads, landing pages and emails to increase volume of qualified leads and revenue based on our KPIs plus driving our paid marketing team to consistently meet or exceed quarterly targets through strategic oversight, continuous coaching, clearly defined KPIs, and rigorous accountability. You will collaborate closely with the CEO and our director of marketing to create compelling offers, refine marketing strategies, and ensure outstanding performance across all marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Optimize our paid ads across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Search, Pmax and Display.
  • Optimize our landing pages and emails through extensive a/b testing.
  • Rapid launch and optimization of ads by a/b testing creatives and copy with the help of internal and/or external specialists.
  • Manage, coach, and hold accountable all paid marketing team members (creatives specialist, email specialist, data analyst, ad specialists).
  • Ensure weekly sprints, tasks, and KPIs are consistently met, reviewing work quality and effectiveness.
  • Strategically guide and assist the team to consistently achieve quarterly lead generation targets.
  • Collaborate directly with leadership to create compelling, innovative offers and detailed instructions for marketing execution.
  • Continuously monitor marketing metrics and proactively adjust strategies to ensure sustained growth and performance.
  • Provide weekly reports and insights clearly outlining marketing team performance, challenges, and recommendations.
  • Foster a high-performance, accountable, and results-driven culture within the marketing team.
