A DAY IN THE LIFE:
We’re hiring an experienced, strategic, results-driven Growth Marketing Manager to lead our entire paid marketing function overseeing paid ad optimization, landing page optimization, email optimization, ad setup, creative setup, and email setup. You will directly optimize ads, landing pages and emails and manage, coach, and hold accountable email specialist, data analyst, ad creation specialist. When required you will put up your sleeves and do setup the ads and emails yourselves to help speed up the process.
Your primary responsibility will be optimizing ads, landing pages and emails to increase volume of qualified leads and revenue based on our KPIs plus driving our paid marketing team to consistently meet or exceed quarterly targets through strategic oversight, continuous coaching, clearly defined KPIs, and rigorous accountability. You will collaborate closely with the CEO and our director of marketing to create compelling offers, refine marketing strategies, and ensure outstanding performance across all marketing initiatives.
