A dynamic tech company is seeking a skilled Growth Marketing Manager to lead its digital strategy and drive growth through innovative marketing initiatives. In this key role, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing digital campaigns, optimising customer engagement, and utilising cutting-edge tools to enhance the company’s digital landscape.
The Role:
As the Growth Marketing Manager, the individual will be tasked with driving growth by developing and executing a robust digital strategy. The role will focus heavily on CRM, automation, and data-driven insights, ensuring that digital platforms such as social media, email marketing, website management, and eCommerce are leveraged to their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Growth Initiatives : Develop and implement a data-driven digital strategy across core growth platforms, including web, email, social media, and eCommerce.
  • CRM & Automation Mastery : Manage Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud) to optimise lead generation, implement nurturing campaigns, and ensure seamless integration of data flows across teams.
  • Digital Campaigns & Analytics : Utilise Google Analytics and other tools to track campaign performance, generate insights, and report on growth metrics.
  • E-Commerce Strategy : Support the rollout of eCommerce initiatives to deliver a seamless customer experience and drive revenue growth.
  • Social & Content Marketing : Create and execute content strategies across B2B and B2B2C digital platforms, driving engagement and conversions.
  • Paid & Organic Media : Optimise both paid and organic channels to increase traffic, drive conversions, and improve overall digital performance.
  • SEO & Website Optimisation : Ensure the website is optimised for SEO, regularly updated with relevant content, and provides a top-tier user experience.
  • Emerging Tech : Stay ahead of the curve by researching and integrating new digital tools to enhance growth strategies.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Several years of digital marketing experience, with a focus on growth, digital strategy, CRM, and automation.
  • A few years of hands-on experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing automation platforms.
  • A data-driven mindset, capable of analysing performance and driving growth strategies through detailed reporting.
  • Expertise in social media, SEO, email marketing, and other digital channels.
  • A proactive, growth-oriented approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Proficiency with tools like Hootsuite, Sitecore, Google Analytics, and similar platforms.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
