Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement growth marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer acquisition.
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media email marketing SEO SEM and paid advertising platforms.
• Analyze market trends customer behavior and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Manage lead generation activities and optimize conversion funnels.
• Collaborate with sales and business development teams to align marketing initiatives with company goals.
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships and networking opportunities within the UAE market.
• Monitor campaign performance metrics and prepare regular reports with actionable insights.
• Oversee content creation branding and marketing communication materials.
• Manage marketing budgets and ensure maximum ROI on campaigns.
• Support company events product launches and promotional activities.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration Communications or a related field.
• Minimum 35 years of experience in Growth Marketing Digital Marketing or Marketing Management within the UAE.
• Strong understanding of UAE market trends and consumer behavior.
• Proven experience in lead generation campaign management and business growth strategies.
• Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
• Excellent communication presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in the technology fintech or digital solutions industry is an advantage.
