ABOUT HYPERVOLT LIMITED

Hypervolt is at the forefront of the electric vehicle charging revolution, dedicated to providing innovative and reliable EV charging solutions. We launched in 2021 with the bold ambition to transform the EV charging space through a relentless focus on the customer experience, great software, and beautifully designed British hardware.
In a short timeframe, we became Trustpilot’s highest rated EV charging manufacturer in the industry. We are proud to have been named the third fastest growing company in the UK, as part of the Deloitte Fast 50, and 6th fastest growing company in EMEA, as part of the Deloitte Fast 500.
Additionally, Hypervolt was voted DrivingElectric’s Home EV Charger of the Year 2023 & 2024, a testament to our focus on innovation and democratising EV ownership.

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

Hypervolt is growing fast, and we need someone who can turn curiosity and experimentation into revenue. As Growth Marketing Manager, you’ll own performance marketing and conversion optimisation. This isn’t about pumping spend into Google and Meta until something sticks; it’s about building the growth engine that captures demand, scales efficiently, and proves impact.
You’re one of our first marketing hires, so you’ll be hands-on from day one. This means running campaigns, testing ideas, and proving what works. If you want a role where you actually do the work rather than brief an agency to do it for you, this is it. (We’re also hiring for in-house content creation.)
There will be a clear runway to leadership as we grow. Our first priority is growing direct + retail, but there will be opportunity to work with wholesale and partnership channels.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Run paid acquisition campaigns across Meta, Google, and emerging platforms
  • Test and optimise landing pages, funnels, and creative for conversion
  • Own SEO basics + evolution as search changes to user intent and AI-driven discovery
  • Build and maintain a structured growth experimentation pipeline (lots of quick tests)
  • Translate brand/content ideas into performance-ready assets
  • Own analytics and dashboards (we obsess about impact on revenue, not vanity metrics)
  • Work closely with Product, Sales & Customer Service on a clean customer journey
  • Explore growth loops like referrals, lifecycle comms, and partnerships
