Coachway is looking for a Scandinavian-speaking Growth & Marketing Manager! That's where you come in. As a Growth & Marketing Manager, you'll be the strategic brain behind our coaches' growth across the Nordic markets. You'll work hand-in-hand with our Creative Content Team - who handle brand, visuals, and content - while you drive the strategy, the paid ads, and the results. We're a Danish-Norwegian team based in Copenhagen, and we work with coaches across Denmark, Norway, Sweden, and Finland. Own the growth strategy for a portfolio of Scandinavian coaches - paid social, lead generation, and real business results Develop and manage ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok tailored to each coach's goals Work closely with our Creative Content Team to make sure strategy and content always pull in the same direction Optimize the customer journey for coaches - landing pages, email flows, and conversion touchpoints Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to maximize return on ad spend Lead brainstorming sessions and find new growth opportunities for each coach Be the person coaches trust to grow their business - not just run their ads Who are we looking for? Fluent in at least one Scandinavian language - Danish, Norwegian, Finnish or Swedish - this is a firm requirement. 2+ years of experience with paid social or growth marketing Hands-on experience with Facebook/Instagram Ads and TikTok Ads Solid understanding of lead generation, landing pages, and customer journeys Analytical and used to owning results end to end Self-driven - you don't need someone to tell you what the next step is Fluent in English Background in fitness or coaching is a big plus - but not a dealbreaker Even if you don't tick every box, we still want to hear from you if you feel the role fits!
