ABOUT THE ROLE
Hingham Institution for Savings is seeking an analytical and results-oriented Growth Marketing Manager to be the driving force behind our marketing efforts. As the leader of our marketing function you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing data-driven marketing strategies across a variety of channels, with a strong emphasis on measurable results . The ideal candidate will be a data enthusiast with a deep understanding of digital marketing best practices, attribution models, and a proven track record of scaling successful campaigns. You will also bring a performance-focused mindset to the management of our website, content creation (both digital and print), and organization of client events.
We are seeking a proactive, solutions-oriented self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and is deeply motivated by achieving tangible success. This is a hands-on role requiring both strategic thinking and active implementation of all marketing initiatives.
