Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

As Growth Marketing Manager (ABM & Nurture), you will be pivotal in driving revenue growth through strategic account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns and optimising our inbound lead nurture programs. You will manage the end-to-end execution of ABM campaigns, build alignment between the Marketing and Sales teams, and oversee the development and refinement of personalised nurture journeys.
Reporting into the Senior Digital Manager, this role requires strong collaboration with the Marketing Operations Manager and Marketing Content Strategist to deliver impactful and timely communications that resonate with our target audiences.

Location: Flexible in the UK with a preference for candidates who are within commutable distance to either our Derry, Oxford or Nottingham offices

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Roles & responsibilities include:

Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Campaign Management:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive ABM strategies and campaigns, from target account identification to post-campaign analysis.
  • Work closely with the Sales team to ensure alignment on target accounts and campaign objectives.
  • Manage the end-to-end ABM campaigns, including content creation, channel selection, and performance tracking.
  • Personalise campaign messaging and content to resonate with key decision-makers within target accounts (one-to-many, one-to-few and one-to-one).
  • Monitor and report on ABM campaign performance, providing actionable insights for optimisation.

Inbound Lead Nurture Optimization:

  • Oversee and optimize the inbound lead nurture strategy, ensuring leads are effectively moved through the sales funnel.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Operations Manager to build and refine automated nurture workflows and email campaigns.
  • Work with the Marketing Content Strategist to develop personalised and relevant content for nurture programs.
  • Analyse nurture campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure timely and targeted communication to inbound leads, maximising conversion rates.

Revenue Team Alignment:

  • Foster strong relationships with the Sales team to ensure seamless alignment between Marketing and Sales efforts.
  • Conduct regular meetings and communication to share campaign updates, insights, and feedback.
  • Collaborate on the development of Sales enablement materials and resources.

Data & Analytics:

  • Monitor and analyse ABM and nurture campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to the wider team.
  • Utilise marketing automation and CRM tools (HubSpot) to track and measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Identify trends and opportunities for optimisation based on data analysis.

Collaboration & Communication:

  • Work closely with the Marketing Operations Manager, Content Strategist, and other internal teams.
  • Collaborate with external agencies and vendors as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
