Having only been around for a handful of years, we’ve grown to more than 5 million community members and our growth isn’t slowing down! 🥷 The Role We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager (Influencer & Creator) to build and scale TryHackMe’s influencer and creator-led growth engine. At TryHackMe, trust and credibility matter. Our most effective growth comes from educators, practitioners, creators, and builders who genuinely use and believe in our platform. In this role, you’ll own the strategy and execution of influencer, creator, and affiliate-style programs that drive awareness, user acquisition, and long-term adoption. You’ll work closely with Brand, Content, Community, and Product Marketing to turn creators into authentic advocates — and advocacy into measurable growth. Reporting to the Head of Marketing. What You Will Do Influencer & Creator Strategy Own TryHackMe’s influencer and creator growth strategy, with a focus on: Cybersecurity educators and trainers Practitioners and professionals Technical creators on YouTube, Twitch, LinkedIn, X, Reddit, and blogs Identify, recruit, and onboard creators aligned with TryHackMe’s mission, values, and audience Define creator tiers, engagement models, incentives, and lifecycle programs Campaigns, Partnerships & Execution Plan and execute influencer-led campaigns across: Educational content Tutorials, walkthroughs, and challenges Live streams, AMAs, and community activations Manage end-to-end creator partnerships: Outreach, negotiation, contracts, and ongoing relationships Collaborate with Community and Customer Marketing to integrate creators into: Events, hackathons, CTFs, and community programs Ensure creator content is authentic, technically credible, and on-brand Measurement, Attribution & Growth Impact Define success metrics for influencer and creator programs, including: Traffic, sign-ups, activation, and paid conversion Content performance and engagement Cost efficiency and ROI Own tracking, attribution, and reporting for creator-driven growth Run experiments across creators, formats, and platforms to identify scalable growth levers Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with Brand and Content teams to align creator narratives with campaigns and launches Collaborate with Community to turn creators into long-term advocates and leaders Share insights on audience behavior, content performance, and channel opportunities across the org What You Will Bring Essential 4–7+ years experience in growth marketing, influencer marketing, or partnerships, ideally in SaaS, tech, or education Proven experience building and scaling creator or influencer programs with measurable growth impact Strong understanding of creator platforms (YouTube, Twitch, LinkedIn, X, Reddit, etc.) Data-driven mindset with experience tracking attribution, conversion, and ROI Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills Strong judgment around brand safety, authenticity, and long-term creator value Desirable Experience in cybersecurity, developer tools, or technical education Familiarity with affiliate, referral, or ambassador-style growth programs Experience working with community-driven or PLG products Startup or scale-up experience with comfort owning strategy end-to-end Creative, experimental mindset with a bias toward rapid iteration Why Join TryHackMe Build a creator-led growth engine rooted in trust and education Work with some of the most respected voices in cybersecurity and tech learning Own a high-impact channel with clear growth and revenue influence Collaborate with brand, community, and product teams in a mission-driven company Benefits & Perks 💸 Salary – We hire across 34+ countries.
