Job Description
As a Growth Marketing Manager in ANZ, you will be involved in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies in partnership with sales, customer success, and product teams to drive business growth among our emerging opportunity within the Mid-Market.
You will spearhead pipeline accelerating programs collaborating with content, marketing automation, finance, data, digital and more to bring key mid market activations to life, ensuring customer value, consistency, quality, and impact for the initiatives executed. You see the big picture and how it all fits together and know how to work at pace, with your cross-functional partners to get the job done.
Responsible for bringing together the insights, and strategy to develop these coordinated marketing campaigns, experimenting through new initiatives leveraging the full marketing funnel and channels to tell the story of Nearmap, driving awareness, comprehension, value realisation and intent that inspires prospective and existing mid market businesses to choose and (continue to) use Nearmap.
This is a newer focused target segment for Nearmap in ANZ and presents a great opportunity for an experienced growth marketer to make an immediate impact by helping to build the go-to-market strategy and leading cross-functional initiatives.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

The ideal candidate will be expected to be adept at the following:

  • Stand as the Mid Market champion and lead with influence.
  • Responsible for formulating and executing end-to-end full funnel world-class marketing programs, to drive pipeline by utilising market research and comprehensive campaign analysis.
  • Develop the Nearmap value proposition for the mid market segment in collaboration with Product Marketing.
  • Design, plan, manage and optimise integrated, multi-channel campaigns.
  • Test new channels such as content syndication, lunch & learns, webinars, Account Based Marketing, direct mail, roundtables, trade shows or virtual experiences.
  • Execute Account Based Marketing programs, both 1:Many, 1:Few and 1:1 in collaboration with Sales teams.
  • Cross-sell and upsell customer campaigns introducing existing customers to the value of premium products
  • Coordinate marketing strategies across multiple channels while testing messages, channels, and opportunities
  • Partner with CSMs and customer marketing to support customer retention goals.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and analytics teams to track, analyse and report initiative performance against key KPIs and budget. Communicate status, action items, results and deliverables across cross-functional departments.
  • Work with Sales teams on lead follow-up.
  • Closely track marketing budgets and demonstrate fiscal responsibility when delivering marketing assets and activities

Qualifications

For this role we are seeking people with the following experience:

  • 5+ years experience working in growth marketing, mid-market or similar role (B2B, preferably in Technology/Saas)
  • Experience in building and executing growth marketing strategies
  • Experience in customer retention
  • Experience in developing and executing full funnel, end to end marketing campaigns.

Serious bonus points if you have:

  • Experience in the Architecture, Engineering or Construction industries.
  • Familiarity with Mid-Market.
