Your mission Make our sales team unbeatable in the field. Our technology helps growers across Europe run smarter, more sustainable operations, but a great product only wins if the story around it is just as strong. That story is yours to build. When our Account Executives walk into a room anywhere from the Netherlands to Spain to DACH, your work is the reason they walk out with the deal. You own how Hexafarms shows up to its customers, and you set the bar for what good looks like. This is a role for someone who wants to build that from the ground up and make it theirs, not tend a machine someone else already built. About the role Your main job is to help us win our markets, one territory at a time, side by side with the Account Executives who own them. You are their marketing partner on the ground: you sit with them, understand what a given market needs, and translate their plan for the territory into the marketing that makes it happen. Which collateral wins the deal, which materials open the door, which channels reach the right growers. You turn that into the assets that move the needle. To do that well, you produce and own our content. Customer case studies end to end, from talking to the customer to writing the story to designing the final piece. Pitch decks, flyers, one-pagers, and the tailored, localized material each territory needs. You work with modern tooling, Figma and our AI-assisted design setup, to move fast, with design that is clean and professional rather than an agency showpiece. And you keep the quality bar consistent across everything we put in front of a customer. Around that, you support the broader marketing and go-to-market effort as we grow: website, events, social, and the many things that come up when a small company is building its engine. This is a hands-on role. The direction is set, and you are the person who makes it real, fast and well. Your profile You execute exceptionally well: fast, reliable, and with real taste. You care that the output is right, and you hold that standard yourself without being told. You are a strong partner to a sales team. You understand what a market and a deal need, and you enjoy working shoulder to shoulder with AEs to get them there. You have solid design skills in Figma and can produce professional collateral without hand-holding. You do not need to be a design genius; you need to be quick, consistent, and on-brand. You can write. Turning a customer conversation into a clear, compelling story is something you enjoy and do well. You think for yourself and move things forward. You earn autonomy through what you deliver, and you bring proposals with reasons rather than opinions. You are ambitious, motivated, and you want to grow into more. Languages: fluent English is a must, and German at least B2. Any additional European language is a real plus, ideally Spanish, Dutch, and/or Italian. Why us? Real ownership from day one.
